Where I'm from people mostly celebrate what's referred to as Life Day. It's a Wookiee tradition, or it started that way, but it's sort of been adopted across the galaxy now.

It's this place called Kashyyyk. Lots of tall trees. I've never been myself, but it's one of those traditions that sort of ended up spreading all over. You celebrate family, mostly.
