It isn't. ( well, sort of. the fact that he could be stuck here long enough for this to become the new normal is still profoundly unsettling. )

If their network security is this much of a joke how are they able to keep us here?
Do they just not care at all?

Well, they do make it a point to crack down almost everywhere else. Citations, everything else.

Plus I haven't seen a network glitch they haven't been able to repair eventually. I'm not so sure this one is the city's fault this time.

I don't think so. There was this app a few months back, something supposedly by this EROS person. It was called HUNTR. Basically, people were given... assignments. Other people. To take out.

Not really sure what the point of it was, since anyone who dies here ends up coming back anyway. Other than to be terrible.

Yeah, but I don't know what their endgame is here. Other than really just not liking dominants. I guess it's that simple sometimes.
