[ Poe's not necessarily trying to hit a particular tone. He doesn't need to when he's just jerked off to the sound of Finn moaning and touching himself, while they talk about what they're going to do to each other when they're together again. It hits something low and satisfied, and he knows from experience that this kind of thing pushes Finn's buttons in all the best ways, so yeah, he's definitely embracing it. It's obvious in how distracted he is, almost as if he would forget what he's supposed to be doing entirely if Poe wasn't still here to act as a particularly vocal reminder to encourage him to hurry through the absolute minimum that he needs to do before heading for the apartment.
Obviously Poe's just as eager for him. To say that he's been nothing short of insatiable lately wouldn't be an exaggeration. He really can't help it, Finn's just so good at pushing all of his buttons, satisfying him in ways that he hadn't even dared to dream of before they embraced that mutual attraction. Finn might have figured it out some time ago, but for Poe it's all new and exhilarating and perfect.
It's not just about their kinks lining up just right either, though that's unbelievably mind-blowing in itself.
