Well, if it helps at all, Poe and I are contracted and it's worked out fine for us so far.

[ of course, maybe it's different for them considering they knew each other before, had that history going into it from the beginning, but he also thinks that makes him more qualified to emphasize poe's trustworthiness in a way that'll be believed, too. ]

I care about what happens to you, Dorothy. And if it's a choice between you signing something with Poe and facing whatever consequences come from letting the deadline pass, I'd rather see you with us than have to deal with that.
