It's probably why most of Veracity's citizens fled for here when they could.

Most of it's shut down, from what I know. Or whatever happens to a city when most of the people living there just abandon it.

Well, that's the thing. Clearly parts of it are still running, but maybe just a fraction of what it used to be.
So someone's keeping the lights on somehow.
